Help Desk

Ever wish that you could just make a call and ask a question, work on problem solving, brainstorm, or discuss an issue or opportunity with someone who has the expertise and experience to help you? That help is available with our Help Desk Services.

How does it work?

  1. If you have not met Pat Soltys, schedule a get to know you call.  In that call, you will not only have a chance to meet Pat but also talk about your business and the type of things you might like to address in help desk calls.  
  2. Enter into a help desk agreement.  This reserves 2 hours of consulting time per month for you and named members of your team at a preferred flat rate.
  3. Once the agreement is in place schedule time to use the help desk services.  Minimum call is 15 minutes up to your full reserve for the month.  You can have one or a number of calls to use your time.
  4. Clients are encouraged to provide any relevant information prior to the call or requested email assistance.  Review time is charged as Help Desk time.
  5. Calls are via our virtual meeting room, Skype, phone or in some cases exchanges of information, questions and answers by email.

Who is the consultant? Pat Soltys leads our consulting team.  Dependent on your needs, other consultants with specialty areas may be engaged or offered.

What is the cost? The cost is a minimum of $250.00 per month on a twelve month agreement which gives you two hours of help desk time.  Additional time is billed at $125.00 per hour in 15 minute intervals.  The contract rate is less than our ad hoc consulting rates due to the commitment you are making.  If you have a project or other work that will need more time, we will quote you a project rate which will be more favorable.  

What if I cannot use the help desk?We want you to be able to get the full use and value out of your help desk but understand that there are sometimes circumstances which might get in the way.

  • If you are going to be away, engaged in business issues that are requiring your full focus, let us know as far in advance as possible and we can suspend specific periods.
  • If you become ill or have an unforeseen circumstance, communicate as soon as you can and we can suspend your help desk agreement until you are ready.

If I sell my company, can I transfer the balance of my agreement? We will do our best to work with you and the new owner to reach what will be most favorable for all parties.

When and how can I sign up? Complete the form on the right to give us some basic information about you and your company and best times for us to call.  We will call you back and answer any questions.  If you are ready, we will send you a Help Desk agreement.  Once signed, you will have help desk services available to you.

Is Round Table Participation counted in Help Desk Time? If it is a round table open to the public, we invite and encourage your participation and you are not charged with the time that you are in the round table meeting.
